Let the holiday madness begin

We kicked off the holidays with a Thanksgiving program at Q's school

Enjoying a treat as a family after the program
Q being silly with some of his friends
The day after Thanksgiving is my favorite day of the year!  For the past 10 years we have always put our stuff up on that Friday and I just love the tradition!
My dad always comes over to put up his special train with the boys.
Our elf on a Shelf also arrived.  Bernard (AKA B-Nard) is such a special part of our family & holiday.  He even brought the boys matching PJ's
Next stop was Grandma & Papa's.  Grandma started an annual cookie making day a few years ago and the kiddos just love it!
Of course Grandma made sure they had matching aprons & hats

They also did a craft.  Each kiddo made an ornament and hung it on Grandma & Papa's tree

LOOOOOVE this pic!

Silly kiddos

Hanging with friends

As you already know... I am SO behind on my blog.  I have LOTS of posts to do!  Here are a bunch of pics from all the fun things we have done with friends recently.

Hanging with Grant!  Such cuties:-)
Q had a few playdates over Thanksgiving break.  Of course the boys like to dress up and play super heros.

Annual Christmas with the Jurczyk Family.

All 8 of us piled in the new Jurczyk minivan and headed to the Vernon Hills light show.  This was def the longest we have ever waited.  The kids were getting squirmy but it was worth the wait.
V and I were packed in the back with all the kids
We spent last Sunday with the Kracht Family.  We headed to the train show at Botantical Gardens

My whole world!
